AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF HOURS OF OPERA~ION AND <br />FEES FOR USE OF FACILITIES AT THE SLEEPY HOLE PARK. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the hours of operation and the fees for use <br />of f~¢ilities at the Sleepy Hole Park shall be as follows: <br /> <br />(A) BOAT RENTALS - available March 1 <br /> through November 15. <br /> (1) Yak-Yak $1.25 per hour. <br /> (2) Water Bi~'~[[ $1.00 per half hour. <br /> <br />(B) C~IP SITES - available March 1 <br /> through November 15. <br /> (1) Sites with water and electricity <br /> ................ $3.50 per day, <br /> (2) Sites with water only <br /> ................ $2.00 per day, <br /> (3) Camp sites may be occupied by only <br /> one family or no more than eight <br /> persons and only one piece of camp- <br /> ing equipment that exceeds thirty <br /> square feet in area may be parked <br /> or erected on any one site. <br />(C) HOURS OF OPERATION. <br /> (1) March 1 through November 15 (non- <br /> campers) 8:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M., <br /> (2) November 16 through February 2~ <br /> 9:00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M., <br /> (3) Sleep Hole Park shall be closed <br /> December 25 and January 1. <br /> <br /> 2.
