NORCOM HIGH <br />SCHOOL. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand <br />and no/100 ($150,000.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is ap- <br />propriated from the General Capital Improvement Fund to purchase <br />equipment for I. C. Norcom High School.
