Erspl-oye~cs cla:ssif .e{. <br /> <br /> On and after July i, 1972, all employees of the <br />City of Portsmouth shall be classified according to the kind <br />and type of work performed by them and as provided in this <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 2.
