AN ORDINANCE TO CHANGE THE NAME OF MIDDLE STREET BETWEEN ITS <br />INTERSECTIONS WITH COLUMBIA AND SOUTH STREETS TO WAVY STREET. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> That that street now known as Middle Street between <br />its intersections with Columbia Street on the north and South <br />Street on the south, be renamed and known as Wavy Street. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Vir- <br />ginia, at a meeting held May 8, 1973. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
