AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $76,200. FROM THE GENERAL CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE PURCHASE OF SCHOOL BUSES AND MOBILE <br />CLASSROOMS. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that the sum of Seventy-six Thousand, Two <br />Hundred and 00/100 ($76,200.)
