AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $1,351,211. IN THE FEDERAL REVENUE <br />SHARING TRUST FUND FOR PUBLIC SAFETY, DEBT RETIREMENT, PURCHASE <br />OF EQUIPMENT AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that the sum of Three Hundred EightY-eight <br />Thousand, Seven Hundred Forty-three and no/100 ($388,743.) <br />Dollars for public safety; ~¢o Hundred Fifty Thousand and <br />no/100 ($250,000.) Dollars for debt retirement; Seventy-five <br />Thousand and no/100 ($75,0'00.)
