AN ORDtI~LANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE CiTY OF PORTSMOUTH, ViRGiNiA, !973~ BY AMENDING SECTIONS ~-38, 9-39 AND 9-86 TBEREOF~ SO AS TO ALTER THE EXiSTiNG BOUNDARIES OF PRECINCTS 22 AND 23 AND TO DE- SIGNATE A NEW VOTING PLACE FOR NEW PRECINCT 22; BY ADDING ~[O NEW SECTIONS NU~BERED 9-37 AND 9-85 SO AS TO ESTABLISH A NEW PRECINCT TO BE NUMBE~D 2t A~ND TO DESIGNATE A VOTING PI~ACE THEREFOR; BY A?4ENDING SECTION 9-91 SO AS TO C~LANGE T~ VOTING Pi~ACE FOR PRE- CINCT 27. BE IT ORDAINED by %he Council of the City of Portsmouth, That the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia~ 1973, be amended by amending Sections 9-38~ 9-39~ 9-86 and 9-91 thereof and by adding thereto two new sections to be nm~ered 9-37 and 9-85~ such amended and new sectiens to read as follows: Section 9-~.
