AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $1,535~168. FROM THE FEDE~P_AL REVENUE <br />SHARING TRUST FUND AND TO ALLOCATE SAID FUNqDS FOR USE IN THE CATE- <br />GORIES OF PUBLIC SAFETY, E_~V'IRONSiENTAL PROTECTION, PUBLIC TRkNS- <br />PORTATION, 14~ALTH~ RECREATION~ L!BP~ARIES~ FINANCIAL ADMINISTP~ATION <br />AND MULTI-PURPOSE AA~.~D GENERAL GOVERN%~ENT CAPITAL EXPENDITURES IN <br />ACCORDANCE ~TH A PI~ANNED USE REPORT AS PREVIOUSLY ADOPTED. <br /> <br /> Be i% ordained by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that the sum of One Million, Five Hundred Thirty- <br />five Thousand~ One Hundred Sixty-eight and 00/100 ($i,535,168.) <br />Dollars be, and the same hereby is appropriated from the Federal <br />Revenue Sharing Trust Fund and to allocate said funds for use in <br />the categories of public safety, environmental protection~ public <br />transportation, health, recreation, libraries, financial admini- <br />stration and multi-purpose and general government capital expendi- <br />tures in accordance with a planned use r~port as previously adopted. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Vir- <br />ginia~ at a meeting held April 23, !97~. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
