FROM THE GE2[ERAL CAPITAL <br />I/~PROVE!,~ENT FUND FOR THE PURCHASE OP REAL PROPERTY, EQUIPMENT <br />A2~D ARCHITECTU~-AL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR V2LRiOUS SCHOOL <br />PROJECTS IN CHURCHLAI,~D, WESTHAVEN AND HIGHLA~D-BiLT~,iORE. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City o~ Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that: <br /> <br /> The sum of Four Hundred Two Thousand[ Two Hund- <br />red,and 00/100 ($402,200.) Dollars be, and the same hereby is <br />appropriated from the General Capital Improvement Fund for the <br />purchase of property at or near River Shore Road for a proposed <br />Elementary School in Churchland; for the purchase of three mo- <br />bile classrooms for installation at Westhaven Elementary School; <br />for the purchase of four lots at or near the intersection of <br />Rodman Avenue and Race Street in Westhaven; and for architectural <br />and engineering fees incurred for the design of a proposed Ele- <br />mentary School for Churchland and an addition to Highland-Biltmore <br />Elementary School. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Vir- <br />ginia, at a meeting held February 26, 1974. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
