AN ORDINANCE TO A~.~END SECTION 19 OF THE CLASSIFICATION AND PAY <br />PiAN ORDINANCE (1974-75) BY INCREASING TP-~ SALARY OF THE CITY <br />AT?ORN£Y. <br /> <br /> BE iT Oz~AINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the Classification and Pay Plan of the City <br />of Portsmouth, 1974-75, be amended by amending Section 19 there- <br />of, such amended section to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 19. Salaries for unclassified positions. <br /> <br /> The annual salaries of the following unclassified <br />positions shall be the amounts herein stated: <br /> <br />(a) City Manager <br />(b) Clerk of Circuit Court <br />(c) Cit~ Assessor <br />(d) City Attorney <br />(e) City Clerk <br />[f) Assistant City Manager for <br /> Finance and Staff Services <br />(g) Assistant City Manager for <br /> Operations <br /> <br />$35,000. <br /> 23,608. <br /> 26,707. <br /> 27,5O0. <br /> 21,923. <br /> <br /> 29,495. <br /> 25,417. <br /> <br />2.
