FROM THE GENERAL FUND FOR <br />THE PAYMENT OF OPERATING SUBSIDIES UNDER THE CONTRACT WITH COM- <br />MUNITY MOTOR BUS COMPANY. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth~ Virginia, that the sum of Fifty-two Thousand, Five <br />Hundred and OO/100 ($52,500.)
