FROM T~LE FEDERAL GRANTS <br />FUlleD FOR THE CONTINUED FUNDING OF T~LE JAIL WORK RELEASE PRO- <br />GRAM; FOR THE CONTINUED FUNDING OF THE JAIL I~q~OP~ATION A~ <br />EDUCATION SERVICE; AND FOR ADVANCED TRAINING FOR POLICE OF- <br />FICERS. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that the sum of Fifty-nine Thousand, Fifty- <br />eight and 00/100 ($59,058.)
