AN ORDI~LANCE TO A~x~EI~ SECTION t OF PORTSt-~OUTH CITY ORDINANCE <br />1969-10 PERTAINING TO THE CREATION AND COI4POSITION OF T~E <br />CRANEY ISLAND STUDY CO~h~IISSiON. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Cou~.cil of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1o Tha~ Section 1 of Portsmouth City Ordinance <br />1969-10 is hereby ~ended and reordained to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1~ Craney islaDd Study Co~T~ission <br /> creation, composition. <br /> <br /> There is hereby created a co~ission to be known as <br />the Craney Island Study Commission which shall consist of seven <br />members. The members of the commission shall be residents of <br />the city. The co~ission members shall be appointed by the <br />council. <br /> <br /> 2.
