(15) The aggregate number and value of air- craft. (16) The aggregate number and value of riding horses and ponies owned and used for pleasure and not for com~er- ciaI purposes. (17) Tangible Personal Property used or em- ployed in trades and businesses hereinafter mentioned: Amusement Business, including theatres of every kind and class, auctioneers, barbers, including beauty shops, bowling, billiard and pool rooms, collection agencies, contractors~ p!'-~ ers and steam fitters, edu- cational institutions whose property is taxable under the Consti- tution and laws of this State, garage businessj hospitals, hotels, !aundries~ including cleaning, presslng and dyeing establishments, lodging and boarding houses, motor vehicle carriers, photographs, restaurants, including eating houses and cafeterias, shoe shining Duslness, taxicab business, including the business of motor ve- hicle hiring~ transfer business, and undertakers and funeral di- rectors° (b) There is hereby exempted from the tax imposed by subsection (2) above~ the following classes of household goods and personal effects: (I) Bicycles. (2) Household and kitchen furniture, includ- ing gold and silver plates~ plated ware~ watches and clocks, sew- ing machines, refrigerators, automatic refrigerating machinery of any type, vacuum c!eaners and all other household machinery, books, firearms and weapons of all kinds. (3) players, and records to instruments of whatever and equipment.
