Fertilizer manufacture. <br /> <br />Garbage, offal, and animal reduction or processing. <br /> <br />Garbage and waste incinerators.. <br /> <br />Glue and size manufacture. <br /> <br />Heliport. <br /> <br />Junkyards, but only when conducted within an area perma- <br />nently enclosed by a fence or wall which shall consti- <br />tute a barrier of at least 90% solidity throughout its <br />entire length and not less than eight feet in height <br />unless the council shall specify different requirements <br />in the use permit, and provided that no open burning <br />shall be conducted by any junkyard operator or his <br />agents or employees at any junkyard site; each day's <br />continuance of such open burning shall constitute a <br />separate violation of this ordinance. <br /> <br />Linseed oil, shellac, tUrpentine, manufacture or re- <br />fining. <br /> <br />Oilcloth or linoleum manufacture. <br /> <br />Ore reduction. <br /> <br />Paper, pulp, cardboard, and building board manufacture. <br /> <br />Rubber manufacture. <br /> <br />Scrap processors, but only when all operations are con- <br />ducted within an area permanently enclosed by a fence <br />or wall which shall constitute a barrier of at least <br />90% solidity throughout its entire length and not less <br />than eight fee~ in height unless the council shall specK- <br />fy different requirements in the use permit, and provid- <br />ed that no open burning shall be conducted by any scrap <br />processor or his aqents or employees at any such place <br />of business; each ~y's continuance of such open burn- <br />ing shall constituta a separate violation of this ordi- <br />nance. <br /> <br />Soap, detergent and washing compound manufacture. <br /> <br />Tanning, cutting, sewing, cleaning or storing of green <br />hides or skins. <br /> <br /> <br />
