~N ORDINANCE DESIGNATING AN UNNA~ED INDUSTRIAL ACCESS ROAD TO <br />BE KNOWN AS EI24RURST LANE AND CHANGING THE NAME OF A STREET <br />KNO?~N AS ALEXANDER STREET TO ELMHURST LANE. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that an unknown industrial access road is <br />designated to be known as Etmhurst Lane. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that a street known as <br />Alexander Street shall be changed and hereafter known and <br />designated as Elmhurst Lane. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held May 13, 1975. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
