AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $104,694. FROM THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT <br />FUND TO PROVIDE Ti~ CAPITAL FUNDS REQUIRED TO ~TCH STATE AND FED- <br />ERALFUNDS FOR ACQUISITION OF T}~ COI~MUNITY MOTOR BUS COMPANY AND <br />FOR OTHER CAPITAL EXPENDITURES INCLUDING THE TRANSFER OF TIDEWATER <br />METRO TRANSIT TO TIDEWATER TRANSPORTATION DISTRICT COMMISSION. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of One Hundred Four Thousand, Six Hundred <br />Ninety-four and 00/100 ($104,694~) Dollars be, and the same <br />hereby is, appropriated from the Capital Improvement Fund to pro- <br />vide the capital funds required to match State and Federal funds <br />for acquisition of the Community Motor Bus Company and for other <br />capital expenditures including the transfer of Tidewater Metro <br />Transit to Tidewater Transportation District Commission. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Vir- <br />ginia, at a meeting held April 22, 1975. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
