FROM THE FEDERAL GRANTS <br />FUND FOR CAPITAL IMPROV~VlENTS AND OPERATIONAL COSTS IN THE <br />DEVELOPMENT OF A NATURE AWARENESS PARK FOR TIE HANDICAPPED. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that the sum of Twenty-one Thousand Five <br />Hundred and 00/100 ($21,500.)
