Section 9-25. Precinct No. 9. Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Fort Lane with the center line of London Boulevard; thence westerly along the center line of London Boulevard to the projected center line of a branch of Scott's Creek; thence north along said Scott's Creek branch, its various courses, to the center line of the channel of Scott's Creek; thence westerly along said channel center line to the branch thereof lying to the west of the section known as Shea Terrace; thence southerly along said Scott's Creek Branch, its varfous courses, to the center line of Booker Street; thence west to the center line of the Midtown Tunnel Expressway; thence south along said Expressway center line to the center line of London Boulevard; thence westerly along the center line of London Boulevard %o the center line of the track of the Norfolk and Portsmouth Belt Line Railroad property; thence south along. said railroad center line to the center line of the track of the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad property; thence northeasterly and south- easterly along said railroad center line to its intersection with the center line of Godwin Street; thence north along the center line o~ Godwin Street to the center line of County Street; thence east along thc center line of County Street to the center line of Effingham Street; thence north along the center line of Effingham Street to the cente~ line of High Street; thence west along the center line of High Str~e~ to the center line of Chestnut Street; thence north along the center line of Chestnut Street to the center line of London Boulevard, the point of beginning.
