AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $20,000. FROM THE CAPITAL IMPROVE- <br />MENT FUND FOR ENGINEERING AND SURVEY COSTS IN CONNECTION WITH <br />WATERFRONT DEVELOPMENT. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />~Duth, Virginia, that tht sum of Twenty Thousan~ and 00/100 <br />($20,000.)
