AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $850,000. FROM THE CAPITAL IMPROVE- <br />F~ENT FUND FOR PROGRESS PAYMENTS TOWARDS THE CITY'S CO~IT~4ENT <br />TO CONSTRUCTION COSTS FOR THE WESTERN FREEWAY BRIDGE. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that the sum of Eight Hundred Fifty Thousand <br />and 00/100 ($850,000.)
