That Section 40-76 (b) of the Code of the Ci~, of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> ~b) Within ~he Office Residential 0R-75 District the following <br />uses may be permitted upon the granting of a use permit as provided in <br />this Article: <br /> <br /> Ccx~uerciai and/or governmental radio and television masts and <br />associated transmission facilities. <br /> <br /> Convalescent and nursing hc~es and hc~es for the care of <br />c/n/ldren. <br /> <br />Group residence. <br /> <br />Halfway houses. <br /> <br />Hospitals and sanitariums. <br /> <br /> Msrina - As mall harbor orb oat basin providing dockage, <br />supplies or services for small pleasure craft, including related facilities <br />for the sale of small pleasure craft. <br /> <br />Public or private schools, colleges or universities. <br /> <br /> Public utility trnasformer stations, transmission lines and <br />towers, telephone exchanges, water treatment, storage ~nd pumping facilities <br />and sewage treatmsnt plants and pumping stations, but not service or <br />storage yards. <br /> <br /> 2.
