AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $9,052. FROM THE GRANTS FUND TO <br />PROVIDE A DEFENSIVE DRIVING COURSE FOR CITY E~kPLOYEES, EMER- <br />GENCY MEDICAL SERVICES EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES FOR THE AGING. <br /> <br /> BE tT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia~ that the sum of Nine Thousand, Fifty-two and 00/100 <br />($9,052.)
