III, A PORTION OF SIXT~ ~T; PARCEL IV, A PORTION OF FAY~I't~ WHEREAS, the Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing .~uthority has ~e applica~on' ~o vacate and close and discontinue Parcels I, ti, III and IV, the hereinafter described portions of certain streets; and WHEREAS, by Resolution of this Council adopted July 26, 1977, viewers were appointed pursuant to Section 15.1-364, Code of V~-~inia, 2950, as ~mended, to view the b~reinafter described portions os streets, and to report in writinq ~nether in their opinion any, and if any, ~at inoDnvenience would result frc~a discon~g the bstow described streets; and ~, the said viewers have reported in writing .that .J~u.their opinion, no inconvenience would result frc~a the closing and ~scontinuing of said streets.
