FROM THE CAPITAL IMPROVE- <br />MENT FUND FOR BOND ISSUE EY~ENSES FOR A PROPOSED $10,000,000. <br />BOND SALE IN THE FALL, 1977. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of ~enty Thousand and 00/100 ($20,000.) <br />Dollars be, and the same hereby is, appropriated from the Capi- <br />tal Improvement Fund for bond issue expenses for a proposed <br />Ten Million ($10,000,000.)
