AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $139,000. FROM THE CAPITAL IMPROVE- <br />MENT FUND FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF SANITARY SEWERS ON COLUMBUS <br />AVENUE; MODIFICATION OF SEWAGE PUMPING STATION ON CARNEY LANE; <br />AND CONSTRUCTION OF AN ACCESS ROAD OFF ROUTE NO. 13 IN SUFFOLK. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of One Hundred Thirty-nine Thousand <br />and 00/100 ($139,000.)
