AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SAL~£±C~ 24-100(a) OF THE CODE OF ~HE CITY OF <br />POIATSMOUTH PERTAINING TO ~'~:,~q FOR USE C~ CITY PARK GOLF COURSE. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That Section 24-100(a) of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, <br />1973, be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 24-100. Fees. <br /> <br /> Any person desiring to play golf shall first apply to the caretaker <br />of the golf course and pay, before starting to play, the following fees: <br /> <br />(a) ~he City Park Golf Course: <br /> <br />Unlimited play Weekdays only ............. $ 2.00 <br />18 holes or less - I%%ekends and Holidays ... 2.50 <br />Annual fee - Weekends and Weekdays ......... 100.00 <br />Annual fee - Weekdays ...................... 60.00 <br />Annual fee for Senior Citizens ............. 75.00 <br />Senior Citizens - Weekdays ................. 1.50 <br />Annual fee for primary and secondary <br /> school students ....................... 75.00 <br />Primary and seeondary school students <br /> Weekdays only ......................... 1.50 <br />Twilight rate (After 6:00 P. M.) ........... 1.25 <br /> <br />2.
