AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $44,305.21 FRC~ THE ANTI-RECESSION FISCAL <br />ASSISTANCE FUND FOR FINAL P~ ON ~X4E CONTRACT WITH THE PORI~oMOUTH <br />AMB~ SERVICE, /NC., END/NG APRIL 30, 1977. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAIAI~D by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> (1) That the sum of Forty-four Thousand, Three Hundred Five and <br />21/100 ($44,305.21) Dollars be, and the san~ hereby is, appropriated <br />frc~ the Anti-Recession Fiscal Assistance Fund for final pa]auent on the <br />contract with the Portsmouth Ambulance Service, Inc., ending April 30, <br />1977. <br /> <br /> (2) This ordinance shall be effective frc~ the date of its adopt- <br />ion. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a <br />meeting held August 9, 1977. <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
