FROM THE MEN~AL HEALTH <br />FUND FOR THE OPERATION AND ADMINISTRATION OF THE METHADONE <br />PROGRAM. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of One Hundred Two Thousand, Two Hund- <br />red Sixty-eight and 00/100 ($102,268.)
