AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPPJATE $70,000. FRC~ THE CAP±'I~L IMP~ FUND <br />FOR ENGI~:~I~, SURVE~ AND DESIG~ OF DRAINAGE IMP~ FOR THE MID- <br />CITY AREA, ~t~ORk~AND AND LAN~:~ ~ARD~I~S, STREET IMP~ FOR <br />DOUGLAS PARK AND CHOATE STREET. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Port~mouth, Virginia, <br />that the sum of Seventy Thousand and 00/100 ($70,000.)
