Reducti°n of disability '.retirement allowance. <br /> <br /> (a) Wheneve3~ a n~_mber receivinq, a 'disability~'retire~ent allowance <br /> is prior tO his normal retirement da~.ep~3aged in gainful occupation or <br /> work paying more than the difference between his disability re~t <br /> allowance and~his average final compensation, ~he Board may reduce the <br /> <br /> rc~ suen gainful occupation andthe average srknual benefi% allowance <br /> equals the annual average f~nal compenSation.
