' (b) For the. purposes of this sec~cion, the Germ "disability~crediGed service" ~fo~'anylmember shall be taken to mean. the smallest of:. (1} Twice the member's ac~uai period of creditable Service; (2) The' member's period of creditable service plus Gen (10) years; (3) The ~ Of years of creditable service the member WOuld have cc~pleted at' his normal retirement' date if he had rama/ned in service as an employee until then; if the msmber is IJasG his normal ret/rement date disability credited service shall be equal Go the member's actual cr~iitable'.service. - ~ (4) Twenty-five ye~rs~ if the m~Tber's actual creditable Service is greater than twenty-five (25] years, '!disability credited service"shall be equa~ tothe member's actual creditable service.. ', (c) q~ue foregoing provisions'to the contrary notwithstanding, if a raember's-retirsment allowance is payable .under one .of the options 'of Section 31-159, it he amount and duration thereof shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of the applicable option. - Section.-31-153 (a).
