AN'ORDIN~ TO J~4END Tfi~ CODE-OF THE CITY OF'PORTSMOLYI~t, VtRGINtA;- - 1973, BY A~iEG SECTION 33-56 THEREOF; PERTA/1FING TO OFF-SITE DRAIN- AGE. BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: -- 1. Tb~t the_ Code of the City of Portsmouth~ Virginia, 1973, be amended and reordained to read as follows: Section 33-56. Off-site drainage. I.
