A~ ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $201,442. FROM THE GRANTS FUND <br />IN ORDER TO ESTABLISH AN INTEGRATED CRIMINAL APPREHENSION <br />PROGRAM WITHIN THE PORTSMOUTH POLICE DEPARTMENT. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that the sum of Two Hundred One Thousand, <br />Pour Hundred Forty-two and 00/100 ($201,442) Dollars be, <br />and the same hereby is, appropriated from the Grants Fund <br />for the establishment of an Integrated Criminal Apprehen- <br />sion Program within the Portsmouth Police Department. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />V~ginia, at a meeting held July 26, 1977. <br /> <br /> Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
