AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $360,577. FROM THE GRANTS FUND <br />TO ESTABLISH SIDEWALK REHABILITATION, STADIUM REPAIR AND IM- <br />PROVEMENT, WEED AND DEBRIS CLEAN UP, AND SCHOOL BUS CLEANING <br />PROGRAMS · <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Three Hundred Sixty Thousand, Five <br />Hundred Seventy-seven and 00/100 ($360,577.)
