Section 24-127. Refund; use without payment of charges. <br /> <br /> No charge shall ~e refunded or remitted by any officer of the City <br />or the City Council where use is made of the stadium. No use shall be <br />made of the stadium without payment of charges except through activities <br />specifically approved by the City Manager. <br /> <br />Section 24-140. Boat Ramp At City Park <br /> <br />Section 24-161. Fee for non-residents to launch a boat at,the boatramp <br /> at City Park. <br /> <br /> Those persons who are non-residents of the City of Portsmouth shall <br />be charged a fee of $1.00 to launch a boat (sail or motor) frc~ the boat <br />ramp located at the Portsmouth City Park. <br /> <br />Article IX.
