AN ORDINANCE TO AS~ND THE CODE OF ~qE CIT~ OF PORTSMOUTH, VIt~SINIA, <br />1973, BY AMENDING SE~T±ON 17-35 THEREOF; P~RTAIN!NG TO ~ INSPEL'~'±ON <br /> <br /> RE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That Section 17-35 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 17-35. Inspection Fees. <br /> <br /> Each applicant for a Certificate of C~L~liance req,~ red by this <br />division shall pay a fee of Fifteen ($15.00) Dollars for the initial <br />rental inspection ~oJ Twenty-five ($25.00) Dollars for each reinspection <br />fQr a dwelling or dwelling unit. <br /> <br /> 2.
