FROM T~E FEDEP~L GRANTS FUND <br />FOR A JAIL MANAGEMENT ANALYST WITHIN THE CITY JAIL AND CONTInU- <br />ATION OF Tb_q~ FINGERPRINT ACCESS AND SEARCHING TECHNIQUE (FASTER) <br />SYSTEM WITHIN THE POLICE DEPARTMENT. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City. of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Thirty-six Thousand, One Hundred Thirty- <br />slx and 00/100 ($36,136.)
