AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $156,365. FROM THE FEDERAL GRANTS <br />FUND FOR TEE CONTINUATION OF THE PORTSMOUTH METI{ADONE TREATMENT <br />AND REHABILITATION PROGRAM FOR THE FOURTH YEAR. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia~ that the sum of One Hundred Fifty-Six Thousand, Three <br />Hundred Sixty-Five and OO/1OO ($156,365.)
