Ordinance closing the following alley: A 12' alley beginning approximately 143' East of southeast corner of Portsmouth Boulevard and Mohawk Drive, said alley extending southward and perpendicular to Portsmouth Boulevard for a distance of approximately 57'; thence extending West and parallel to Portsmouth Boulevard for a distance of approximately 75'.
