Ordinance to appropriate $159,161, from Grants Fund for continuation of the Portsmouth Methadone Treatment and Rehabilitation Program for the fifth year. 89. Ordinance to appropriate $100,000. from Capital Improvement Fund for purchase and development of Open Space Land in Prentis Park, development of a Soft Ball Field in Riddick-Weaver, development of a Little League Baseball Field at Truxton and sports lights at Simonsdale and Churchland Academy.
