F~OM THE CAPITAL IMPROVE- <br />~NT FUND FOR WATER LINE CONSTRUCTION, ENGINEERING, INSPECTION <br />AND CONTINGENCY AS PART OF THE CRADOCK STREET AND SE~FER IMPROVE- <br />MENTS, LOCAL PUBLIC WORKS GRANT, PF~SE II. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Ninety Thousand and 00/100 ($90,000.) <br />Dollars be, and the same hereby is, appropriated from the Capi- <br />tal Improvement Fund for water line construction, e~gineering, <br />inspection and contingency as part of the CradockS~reet and <br />Sewer Improvements, Local Public Works Grant, Phase II. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Vir- <br />ginia, at a meeting held January 24, 1978. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
