AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $24,815. FROM TEE GRANTS FUND FOR <br />THE PURCHASE OF AN AMBULANCE BY THE CITY FOR THE PORTSMOUTH <br />EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICE. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of ~enty-four Thousand, Eight Hundred <br />Fifteen and 00/100 ($24,815.)
