<br /> BE IT FUR~qER ORDAINSD that the same are hereby closed and vacated
<br />as public streets, that the~City of Portsmouth, Virginia, reserves unto
<br />itself a perpein~l easement, right end privilege to install, maintain,
<br />operate and replace sewer ma3_ns, sewer drains, sanitary_ sewers, storm
<br />drains, drainage lines, Water mains and laterals ten (10') feet on each
<br />side of the centerline of the hereinabove naum~ streets.

<br /> The City of Portsmouth, Virginia, also reserves unto itself _Perpetual
<br />eass~_nts, rights and privileges to install, ra~Jntain, operate and replace
<br />electric power lines, telephone lines and gas distribution lines within,
<br />over, under and across those portions of the hereinabove named streets.
