FROM THE CAi~ITAL IMPROVEMENT <br />FUND FOR HULL PLATE REPAIRS, SPOT BLASTING RIVETS AND APPLICATION <br />OF RED HAND EPOXY TO THE LIGHTSHIP. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Thirty Five Thousand and O0/100 <br />($35,000.)
