AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $445,000. FROM THE COFa~4UNITY <br />DEVELOPMENT FUND FOR REDEVELOPMENT AND CONSERVATION PROJECTS <br />IN PARK VIEW, EFFINGHAM, MOUNT HERMON, CRAW-FORD AND NORTHSIDE. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br /> Virginia, that the sum of Four Hundred Forty-five Thousand <br /> and 00/1OO ($445,000.)
