AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $27,000. FROM THE CAPITAL IMPROVE- <br />MENT FUND FOR ENGINEERING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH INSPECTION OF <br />DAMS AT LAKE MEADE, LAKE CAHOON AND LAKE KILBY. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Twenty-seven Thousand and 00/100 <br />($27,000.)
