of the methods to be used to maintain or repair any public <br />street or highway to be used for hauling purposes. The <br />Department of Engineering Services shall determine the <br />acceptability of the methods proposed by the applicant, and <br />if deemed necessary shall recommend the posting of a bond <br />to insure against road damage and utilities as a result of <br />hauling. <br /> <br /> (e) Fencing Requirements: The applicant or operator <br />shall be required to erect a secure fence around the perimeter <br />of the area to be excavated or being excavated.
