AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $1,360,000. FROM TFJE CAPITAL IM- <br />PROVEMENT FUND FOR Tt{E MUNICIPAL GARAGE AND PARKING RAMP; <br />STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE WATER FROMT PROJECT. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAIneD by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of One Million, Three Hundred Sixty <br />Thousand and 00/100 ($1,360,000.)
