6o Any bank which shall fail or neglect to comply <br />with any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined <br />not less than fifty dollars nor more than two hundred dollars, <br />but the payment of such fines wil.1 not relieve the bank from <br />the payment of the taxes imposed by this ordinance. <br /> <br />7.
